The pandemic has taught me about the power of negativity bias. How us humans are wired to think about the worst, given the chance. Comparing my clients (and my own) conversations now to 2020 and you would think there was a different person in the room. Every sentence was negative before, in order to protect ourselves from threats. Now most people are retraining their mind to focus on the good. What have you achieved since the pandemic? What good do you have within you? Outside of you? How can you redirect your thoughts to focus on what you are doing well?
