This work is inspired by this summers' Artventure into the Boundary Waters! As we portaged Pipestone Falls, I was taken aback by its classic Boundary Waters Beauty! Towering White Pines overlook rocky cliff reaching up to pink tinged sky. Orange lichens highlight jagged boulder beauty. Rippling river races over ancient rocks, mammoth monoliths bathe languidly by the shore exhibiting the cool blues of summer pools and the curvature of glacierized earth.
