Explorative Multidisciplinary Creative | Independent History Researcher & Writer and Lover of the River.
MessageI’m a self-employed primary producer and explorative creative with a multidisciplinary interest, balancing hands-on farm life with a dedicated artistic practice.
Together with my family, I manage multi aspects of our agricultural operation — from physical work to strategic planning, budgeting, HR, and financial oversight.
Grounded in rural life, I create as Farmgestic. The name reflects the vast, layered majesty of the land and the life it sustains — rural majestic, infused with love, loyalty, and creation. My work grows from the rhythms of the farm and my connection to it, shaped by its cycles, textures, terrain, stories, challenges, nurture, and quiet beauty.
As an explorative creative, I work across numerous areas in painting, clay sculpture, and poetry. I also spend deep time researching and writing history projects that explore the layered past of people and place. What ties these worlds together is a fierce sense of self-direction and curiosity. I move fluidly between the physical demands of working with the land and natures cycles, the intellectual focus of historical inquiry, and the creative freedom of expression through art.
Whether shaping clay, painting light with meaning, or piecing together forgotten stories, I bring a practical, adaptable, and thoughtful approach to everything I do. Farmgestic is not just my artist brand — it is my process, my product, and my passion.
Welcome to my Open Air Studio.

Statement
My inspiration and appreciation of hand sculptured pieces, was modelled to me by my grandma, Alie J Beck, a painter and sculptor artist. I was fortunate to watch her create some of her pieces, as a young girl and I am even more fortunate to be learning from her in this day. At over 90 years of age, Alie is still actively creating hand sculptured clay models of her Australian Native Animals and Birds. It is a testament to her, staying true to her beginning passion of preservation.
My future endeavours are to continue exploring with various mediums and letting my process unfold in time.
