MessageThe flame-like form is a motif for me that appears in a number of works. In ‘The Visionaries’ they are entities or spirits, carrying a message, maybe of wisdom, or answers from the future or from another dimension. On the horizon they are also like a mirage, there and not there. These curious forms are like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow that you’ll never reach, apart from in your dreams.
