These pieces are mixed media created using acrylics, inks, collage and various mediums producing rich textures.

After a very unstructured application, I see a strong woman; a Queen, sharing her knowledge with her subjects from above. The subjects are in huddled masses absorbing the knowledge.

The color palette choices are the bright blues and various pinks I used shortly after my husband passed away symbolizing the happiness which buoyed my spirits for having had the honor of being in such a special and fulfilling relationship with him.
