Emile Arsenault was born in Quebec, Canada in 1918. He spent a good part of his life dairy farming and working in the woods. Late in life, he moved to Monpelier, Vermont “to make his fortune.” Emile was a resident at Rowan-Court Health and Rehab Center in Barre, Vermont. He drew as a hobby for many years and became a regular participant in the GRACE workshop held in Rowan-Court. Emile passed away in 1999.
