Nancy Sterling Tyler, a native Texan, currently living in Dallas, loves painting with oil. Plein Air painting is her passion with studio work running a close second. For over twenty years, Nancy has attended art classes and painting workshops led by Charles Movelli, Rene Wiley and Jill Carver.
