UNTITLED [ LANDSCAPE ], 1934 SIGNED ORIGINAL OIL PAINTING BY THE DANISH ARTIST AXEL PEDER JENSEN (1885-1972)

This wonderful landscape painting was created by the Danish painter Axel Peder Jensen who is remembered above all for his landscapes which added new subjects and stronger coloring to earlier works by the Funen Painters. This work is an excellent example of the artist’s paintings from the 1930s.

The medium is oil on canvas, measuring 23 3/4 x 30 3/4 inches (60 x 78 cm). Signed and dated by the artist in the lower right corner: Axel P.J. 34. The painting comes unframed.
