9X12 Oil on Linen Panel completed en Plein Air. A path and grove of trees at waters edge in Loch Raven Reservoir. I made the trip expecting to paint a water scene looking out across the Reservoir, but when I saw this grove of trees with the path along the water inviting me in, I just knew that I had to paint it. I've done several paintings in this area, and this is one of my favorites.
