Stonehaven

Before the current lockdown, my daily walk invariably took me to the harbour at Stonehaven.

It’s a beautiful picturesque harbour, which in recent years has become increasingly cosmopolitan and even, whisper it, ‘chic’.

The walk along the boardwalk from the open air swimming pool- yes, we are talking the same latitude as Moscow - to the harbour itself deserves to be on everyone’s ‘bucket list’.

So to have an everyday experience which bring so much pleasure and also provides endless information for painting, would make you believe there is a God...and I hope She continues to shower her blessings on Stonehaven.l
