Boston, MA
Art Lending, FPAC’s corporate art program, connects the city’s artists and companies.
MessageCarolyn Letvin is a resident of Plainville, Massachusetts and has exhibited in the New England area since 1990. She is an accomplished landscape and interior painter, and also creates stylized sheep imagery. She prefers to work on-site, but will work from photographs when necessary. To keep her hands and mind busy when she’s not painting, Carolyn makes beaded jewelry using pearls and semi-precious stones.
She has won many awards through the years, including the Top Award at the 18th Annual Faber Birren National Color Award, the Honorary Mention/Sakura Award from the United Pastelists of America/Oil Pastel, a second place from the Blanche Ames National Juried Exhibition at Borderland Park in North Easton, MA, and the prestigious Nancy T. Baldwin Drawing Award at Concord Art’s 2017 Members Juried 2 Exhibition. Currently, her work can be seen at Galatea Fine Art, Boston, MA, Gallery Twist, Lexington, MA, Hudson Art & Framing, Hudson, MA and Vermont Artisan Designs, Brattleboro, VT. She is on the boards of Galatea Fine Art and the Monotype Guild of New England.
