Amy has always been drawn to photography, but she didn't start exploring the medium until she was in her thirties and wanted something to focus on outside of being a mom and wife. Many years later, photography is still the main place in her life where she can always find peace and stillness. One of her favorite things about photography is how it opens her eyes to the beauty in the world around us. Whether she's photographing a flower, a landscape, or a child, she's always suddenly eye-to-eye with something wonderful, something she would have missed had she not been taking a photo right then. She hopes that her photography also opens your eyes to the beauty that can be found in our amazing world.
