Statement
Life’s beauty is fleeting, joyful yet fragile, shaped by time and memory. My mixed media art explores emotion, connection, and impermanence through figurative, abstract, landscape, and still life works. Influenced by my lived experience with Bipolar Affective Disorder and Anxiety, creating is both therapy and an essential part of my wellbeing. Through symbolic forms and expressive colour, I seek to communicate what words cannot, inviting viewers to find their own stories and connections within the work
