This is a copy of another artist’s work whose name I cannot recall at this time. This is my very first large format painting and I copied this to teach myself to loosen up and stop insisting that everything look realistic. The colors, Prussian Blue and Viridian Green, are so beautiful in person and under the right light, the pond becomes magical. This is not for sale as it is a copy of another artist’s work and is now hanging in what was once a really annoying recessed spot in my foyer. It fills this 5 x 5 space perfectly.
