Erin Coppin is an abstract artist working primarily in textiles. As a creative, she has always worked across several disciplines including songwriting, poetry, and flash fiction. In 2023 she began to branch out into writing visual poetry and collaborating with audio and video artists. This was the unexpected gateway to a new direction in the visual arts, especially textile arts.

Working beyond text alone has allowed her to explore communication that evades language. Her work is often focused on the texture and dimensionality of textile art that is not easily replicated by digital media.
