It all started in 2008

Woman Welder

Thank you for dropping by :)

I did not wake up one morning with the idea of becoming a structural welder! It is a long story to tell how it all came about.

I am thankful to many people who coached, mentored and befriended me along the way, in this Village of Steveston, in BC Canada

I want to acknowledge and give thanks for: Tom Murphy : Shamrock ☘️ Welding, Jeff the Welder at Immortal Metals, Marilyn Lanz, my Mentor in welding, Jim Haggarty: Action Welding my Coach and Mentor in welding, Bernard Booth my Welding Instructor, Peter Brisboie, my Inspector in welding and:

Sandra Bilawich, an Extraordinary Artist, for inviting me into a once in a lifetime opportunity to weld and and build a base for Tommy Hunt Jr's Eagle Totem, located in West Vancouver.

Thank you also to excellent photographers: Adam and Kev Photography and Sandra Steir Photography and Sandra Van der Schaaf Photography for capturing photographic moments to treasure for a life time.

As I look out my Home Studio 217 window while I write to you, I admire the colours of Autumn revealing themselves in the many trees in our neighbourhood.

I am excited and look forward to welding opportunities with fellow welders on various projects.

I am giving thanks for all that is Good and I'm looking forward to walking on the Path to working in industry and to collaborative opportunities with artists, trades and crafts people
