It’s important to play

I was happy to learn that the word kindergarten came from a German reference to kids playing in the garden!

Unstructured free play is very important for children and adults. If for some reason it is missing from our lives we suffer greatly.

It gives us joy and laughter when we can play either independently or with others.

It helps us maintain a sense of humour.

It is possible to be released from emotional and psychological pain through art play.
