A child monster who lives in an old house.
They like to play and play pranks, and although children can see them, adults can't see them.
The house where this monster lives prospers, and when it disappears, the house falls into ruin.
To prevent this monster from leaving, adults enshrine toys and food in children's rooms.
Its origin is the idea that the soul of a deceased child exists as a spirit in the home.
