Artists Painting Artists Project 🎉 It is so amazing to connect with fellow artists and this project takes it a step further. This is my most recent collaboration with @stevendaluz1 - Steven Daluz and I met for the first time, in person, at the @the_portrait_society conference in Washington DC. We had the opportunity to attend lectures and events together but also share a bus ride to the @smithsoniannpg that allowed for more serious conversation. On the last day we made time to get reference photos for our portraits of each other. My portrait of Steven speaks to me of that thoughtful exchange.
