Continuous unspun jute is woven into a black cotton warp. I have added gold leaf, featuring it on the right hand side in a splash pattern.
Jute is a natural fibre with a golden and silky shine, it is referred to as the Golden Fibre and my use of gold leaf enhances that reputation.
Jute is 100% bio-degradable and recyclable and environmentally friendly. It is a natural fiber with golden and silky shine and hence called the golden fiber. It is the cheapest vegetable fibre.
