Statement
My loom woven textiles push customary limits of fiber with the integration of copper, brass and steel wire. By manipulating the metal cloth the results are dynamic forms that subvert the static templates of weaving. The work strikes a balance between textile and sculpture that explores a juxtaposition of fortitude and fragility.
