Elaine Wong is an intuitive and visionary artist from Malaysia, celebrated for her ability to inspire individuals through her art. Her passion for painting and drawing was ignited during a transformative 30-day art project in 2009, leading to her first solo exhibition in Kuala Lumpur, which rekindled her artistic journey.

Elaine's commitment to art took her to Germany, where she transitioned from a career in software consulting to hold her second solo exhibition, 'The Cats Are Out,' in Munich. This marked her full-time dedication to creating art that deeply resonates with audiences.

Upon returning to Malaysia, Elaine organized her first major exhibition, "Once Upon A Midnight," a week-long event that showcased local artists, poets, and sculptors, creating a magical blend of music, art, and poetry. Her background in hospitality, coupled with her role as founder of The Hatchery Place - a creative co-living space in Subang Jaya, has enabled her to foster a vibrant arts community and host various art events.

Elaine's art is deeply influenced by personal insights and intuition, focusing with a unique blend of symbolism, doodles, mysticism, abstract imagery, illustrations, and whimsicality. Her work aims to heal and uplift, exemplified by the crowdfunded 'Resurrected: A Radiant Awakening,' which featured engaging activities and live painting sessions.

She has actively participated in prestigious exhibitions, including the esteemed KL Biennale at The National Art Gallery Kuala Lumpur and KL City Art Gallery. In 2022, Elaine was invited as a live painter at the Langkawi International Art Tourism, further showcasing her unique artistic skills. Additionally, she hosted an Open Studio day, allowing art enthusiasts to explore her creative process.

Today, Elaine is dedicated to guiding others in discovering their inner creativity through her art studio, workshops, retreats and personalized sessions. Her goal is to inspire people to follow their heart’s calling and find joy and purpose in their lives.
