Below the Earth and Sea

Deep beneath the earth and oceans are riots of colorful minerals and sea life that are never seen unless someone goes into the depths of darkness, retrieves or photographs them, bringing them to light. All that beauty in the dark! It's been through the trouble and heartaches that I have learned that God meets us in the darkness. He comforts, holds and teaches us there. Lean in to our loving and kind God when facing the troubles of this world and receive the treasures of hope, peace, and confidence in the God of Creation, who says, "I will give you treasures of darkness, riches stored in the secret places, so that you may know I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name. Isaiah 45:3
