Fourth Place

On March 8, 2026, I was so excited to receive Fourth Place for my painting Ruby Fern at the Elmore County Art Guild Spring Art Show held at The Kelly Gallery in Wetumpka. This colorful piece was such a joy to create. The title was inspired by the her striking red hair and beautiful green eyes, which made her such a memorable and expressive figure to paint, and having it recognized during the exhibition made the evening even more special. I’m truly grateful to the judges, the Elmore County Art Guild, and everyone who continues to encourage and support my artistic journey.
