While the drummer is in motion, the posture, position, and the movement of the hands and fingers, the clothing, and the instrument, the mind, the heart all become one spiritual force which brings change in the facial expression that the drummer may not even be aware of. The air becomes a drawing board for the drummer’s motion making lines that an ordinary naked eye cannot see. That is the core of the art when expression is felt soulfully. It is a written dialect in the air that I see and feel.
