A short time after spending an evening at the Zion Canyon Native Flute School in Springdale, Utah, I had this inspiration. While blowing air from their mouths . . . watching their posture, their changing facial expressions, hearing the many different tones created . . . their fingers racing with their own individual rhythms along the length of the flute searching for a hole to land on.
