Imagine taking an evening walk in a beautiful fantasy garden with a closeup of a flower, surrounded by burning candles and waterfall. All are present in this expressionism abstract. This painting was inspired by my own gardens. Before downsizing, I had created a rose garden with pebble paths and hedges, a secret English perennial garden with brick pathways, and a Japanese zen garden with a man made waterfall and stream. Now, I memorialize my gardens through my paintings that contain their spirit and beauty. Everyone should have a little beauty in their lives. Art provides that.
