Message
A really soft and lovely abstraction of two figures in love. A hand painted fabric provides the background for the specialty netting and yarns machine stitched to the textile.
It was interesting to let this art piece evolve on its own. I simply started sewing down the netting with a decorative machine stitch in soft wavy movements, adding a decorative pattern at the same time. I didn't see the human form until after I had finished. The love also came later.
