The Hilltop Steak House sign was one of those landmarks you couldn’t miss - and now that the restaurant itself is gone, you kind of can’t forget it either. I painted this piece to hold onto the old version of the giant neon cactus and all the memories it lit up along Route 1. Still, Hilltop.
