Hepsheptu was a powerful Pharaoh of Egypt that gained her throne from her son that had no interest in it. She excelled and inspired her people.
This painting was made from sketches and photos I did at the Metropolitan Museum of Art NYC in the summer of 2021 when Covid seclusions were at a low.
