'Merman' is a beautiful etching with aquatint on heavy stock produced by the artist Peter Ball in the 1980's. Mr. Ball stated in a return email that he "produced very few of them-probably no more than 25". the piece is in a god period frame that appears to have been painted (there is small paint residue on the very edge of the front of the glass.
