Traveling North towards Berthoud, Colorado, (on North 95th Street) afternoon spring storms often build quickly. Darkness can fall on the eastern plains as the sun shines brightly in the mountains. On the OPEN HORIZON a photographer captured twin lighting strikes as they lit up the clouds.
