Daniel Russo is an accomplished explorer, photographer, creative director, and soon to be author.
Traveling throughout the year to pursue the farthest expanses of Earth, Russo works to capture stories that inspire humans to consider their relationship with nature, while promoting the preservation of wild places everywhere.
Layered by outdoor, travel, adventure, surf, and lifestyle subjects, Russo is known for images that are punctuated by untamed, powerful Seascapes. Through social media, Russo strives to share his vision of wild places with millions of people, and to inspire them to explore for themselves.
His visionary perspective has earned him opportunities to work on global, prominent campaigns with Fortune 500 clients, design product lines, educate, and be featured in publications around the world. Russo is based out of his Orchard Farm on the North Shore of Oahu.
Mr. Russo works have been exhibited in the US, Australia and Europe where they are part of private and public collections.
At the age of 43, Russo has established himself as a global presence and influence. He is happiest with his wife his partner Marian son Reinhardt in his hometown of Haleiwa, Hawaii.
