This original pastel on paper of the legendary Willie Nelson with his beloved and battered Martin M-20 guitar "Trigger" he bought new in 1969 (though the instrument was made in 1968) in Nashville, Tennessee. The instrument has been used ever since for virtually every song he's written since and performed on in every live performance. It shows it's age and even when Willie has taken it in for adjustments and necessary repairs he's insisted that the hole worn in it's soundboard be left alone. It's part of it's history and sonic character.

This limited edition of no more than 500 prints on heavy watercolor printing paper each created upon order by the artist personally from original photographs again by the artist, and printed in studio on a state of the art Canon Pro2000 7 color archival fine art printer one at a time. Each print in the edition is hand signed and numbered and comes with a signed, numbered and stamped, Certificate of Authenticity from the artist's studio atellier.
