Blue Waves depicts the ever moving energy of water expressed in waves rippling on the surface and reflecting the wavelengths of light playing off the surface . This work was exhibited at the Windscapes exhibition and following the devastation of Hurricane Harvey in Houston, the work was donated to the charity fundraising effort sponsored by the artist's musical friend and colleague Will Taylor of Strings Attached, a long time musical ensemble based in Austin, TX. Current owner and location of the work is unknown following the charity auction.
