"Born" is a meditation on the vibrant histories and influences of the world around us as we become, as we breathe into being. What is born comes from and is delivered into chaos, yet through chaos we find our colors, our communities, our place and (hopefully) some peace. When the world feels only like an unsafe place to hide from, we cannot offer our energy or relate to the vibrancy surrounding us. Life finds us fighting for and protecting that breath—and breathing we become the ancestors and points of light who paved our way, so laying way for others in our turn.
