MAIN DESCRIPTION
Orbital Memory is built around a field of blue cellular forms suspended over soft gold, green, and cerulean movement. The upper area gathers into clusters of rounded blue cells, creating the feeling of floating bodies, bubbles, or small orbits held in place across the surface.

The lower portion shifts more quietly, with pale gold and blue-green tones spreading through the composition like light under water or atmosphere below a moving sky. The contrast between the dense cell clusters and the softer lower field gives the painting its pull: active above, calmer below, with the whole surface held in a slow drift.

This piece was created through a JD-led collaboration with Easton Cecil. The composition carries a strong sense of suspension and memory, as if the painting caught a moment of movement before it had the chance to disappear.
