With over a decade of experience as a graphic and content designer for corporate conventions, trade shows, and exhibits, my creative journey has been defined by the interplay of structure, innovation, and imagination. The demands of my professional work have driven me to push boundaries and explore creative possibilities beyond traditional design.
During the Covid pandemic, I discovered a new artistic outlet that allowed me to merge my technical expertise with a more hands-on, expressive approach. What began as an exploration of shadow boxes evolved into the creation of "dimensional canvases"—multi-layered compositions that combine vibrant colors, geometric shapes, and narrative elements. This art form became a way for me to transform flat surfaces into dynamic, immersive experiences, exploring depth, texture, and storytelling.
Over the past four years, my artistic practice has expanded to incorporate a harmonious blend of mediums, including quilling, acrylic painting, and dimensional design. Quilling has added intricate detail and texture to my work, while acrylic painting has brought a bold, fluid energy that complements the precision of my other techniques. Together, these mediums allow me to create pieces that are rich in complexity and depth, each one telling a unique story.
As an artist, my work is guided by the belief that “Life is the Breath Given to Art.” I strive to transform life’s moments into lasting artistic expressions that invite viewers to connect, reflect, and see the world from new perspectives. My creative process is a constant evolution—an exploration of how different mediums can come together to celebrate individuality, creativity, and the power of art to evoke emotion and connection.
Statement
As an artist and founder of Creatively Cutz, my work is guided by the belief that “Life is the Breath Given to Art.” I am passionate about transforming life’s moments into meaningful artistic expressions, where each piece tells a story rooted in human connection and experience.
My creative process is inspired by the organic transformation of everyday experiences into visual narratives. Through my work, I aim to explore themes of memory, transformation, and the shared human experience, creating art that invites reflection and connection.
Each piece I create is a story brought to life—a way of preserving moments and emotions in a form that can be shared and appreciated. For me, art is more than a medium; it is a way to celebrate life’s beauty and complexity.
