A black and white photo of three Japanese people sitting on and old subway seat. The one furthest from camera is wearing a dress and their hair is in pigtails. The person closest to the camera appears to be falling asleep, though they have a harness on that holds a child on their back that is slumped over in sleep themselves.
Edward R. Miller, born in Kansas 14 Aug 1919, died 12 Mar 1999. Most commonly used Gelatin Silver Prints. His work is found at the Museum of Contemporary Photography Chicago,
