James O. Milmoe was one of the cofounders of the Colorado Photographic Arts Center and former Vice President of the organization. He received his BFA from Colorado College and MFA from the University of Denver. He has continued to live and work in Colorado with his photographic, painted, and sculptural works being exhibited internationally. He has received many recognitions for his work including the Colorado Governor's Award for excellence in photography. (James Milmoe, 2017)
