Two black children are sitting on two separate benches in Panama city. The child on the bench closest to the camera has their head in their hands, and their elbows resting on their knees. They are staring off to the right of the camera. The child on the bench in the background is sitting with their leg crossing their knee and their arms crossed. The bench in the back is attached to a wall that has the quote "Only Democracy is Susceptible of Absolute Liberty." written on it.
