To show love and consideration to your body and mind. I struggle with resting and would like to make it my intention for the next couple months to include a couple rest periods throughout my day and even perhaps take a weekend day once and a while and only rest. It is interesting how relaxing and taking care of your body through yoga, bodywork, meditation, a bath, a walk gives you a
sense of calm and helps you feel more energetic. What are some things you nurture and restore your spirit that help you recharge?
