Amidst a shift in perspective leading up to my 50th birthday, I embraced profound changes, learning to acknowledge lows and joys alike, catalyzing personal growth and self-acceptance through self-care and love.

This transformative year marked a journey towards self-discovery, where I dared to take risks, embrace vulnerability, and cultivate resilience, supported by love from friends, foes, and family, as I navigate life's detours with grace and trust in the universe.
