For this collection of paintings, my intention was to use intuition and intention with simplification in mind.
I believed that setting a clear intention before starting each piece would help me create large, spatial & organic shapes that invite viewers to contemplate and find peace. Unlike previous works where intuition guided the final touches and marks, here I employed cognitive thinking to decide where to add details that unify the different shapes with energy and magic.
