Memorial that honors Mrs. Sybil Stockade and the League of Wives for the major role they played to bring attention to the men that Vietnam held as a prisoner of war, which led to The National League of Families of American Prisoners and Missing in Southeast Asia. The women saved lives and contributed to the safe return of 591 prisoners of war.
