Hold It, Let It Out explores the idea of motherhood. This piece allowed me to process the first couple of months of motherhood- feeling the heavy weight of the nights, floating above water. Motherhood, with all of its endless changes and unpredictability, is a foot forward for me, growing as a human, evolving with my old and new community. It is one of the strongest feelings to know each of us carry this amazing amount of love that we give to others in our lives. Letting the small movements take me, holding the moment, and letting it out, being what it is right now
