"Becky Guttin was born in Mexico City. She lives and works in San Diego California, USA.

Becky has been a guest lecturer at biennales, institutes and universities, and has done several art residencies and set designs for the theater. She has received art prizes and has been featured in thirty five solo exhibitions. She has been working in numerous countries all over the world. Forty six of her art works are part of permanent public collections in museums, as well as private and public spaces in universities, consulates, sculpture parks, cultural centers, hospitals, and schools. Becky participated in ten biennales and in nineteen international sculpture symposia. She has an independent studio where she continues to create sculpture, drawings, photography, jewelry, installations and video."
