In honor of Paul Mehler, LTC, US Army (Ret.) who passed away in Alexandria, VA on January 1, 2022, at the age of 92, we are offering his DIEGO artwork he sent to Coop Cooprider. On Legacy.com it is written "He was a wonderful and much-loved husband, father, and grandfather." Paul and Mary Ellen, his wife of 61 years, loved to travel when they could. They met DIEGO in Heidelberg many times when he was a young Officer, as it was a popular place "Henry Patrick Village" which officially closed in 2013. Many DIEGO Wine and Cheese Parties were held there. Helga's INDEX CARDS she kept helped us find some ealry DIEGO fans!
