David Tisdale is the president of David Tisdale Design, Inc. a full service Interior Design firm based in Fairfield County, CT. David has been in the home furnishings industry for over 25 years, creating innovative solutions for residential interiors, as well as designing a wide variety of new products for the home and office.

After studying architecture, design, textiles, and color theory at the University of California, and receiving his Master's Degree from San Diego State University, he relocated to New York City. There he set up a jewelry studio, designing unique, one of a kind, and limited edition jewelry, combining precious and non-precious materials into clean, architectural forms. He soon began expanding on his creativity by designing and manufacturing his own line of critically acclaimed anodized aluminum tabletop products. This, in turn, lead to his designing and developing numerous products and collections for many tabletop and housewares companies. David's products utilize a range of materials such as ceramics, plastic, glass, crystal, cast and fabricated metals, and wood. Many of his award winning designs are featured in the permanent collections of museums worldwide.
