creating this piece, I drew upon a medley of materials—acrylic, pastel, charcoal, and oil pastel—to explore the contrast between the ephemeral and the enduring. The abstract yet figurative portrayal of stones stacked one atop another symbolizes balance and tranquility. With cool, soothing tones interspersed with raw textural strokes, this artwork invites a sense of peace and reflection, perfectly suiting any space that cherishes a moment of calm in the midst of everyday chaos.
